At Hasselblad EU, we are committed to providing our photographers with equipment of the highest caliber. If your purchase does not meet your professional requirements, you may return the item in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log into your Hasselblad account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the product in its original luxury packaging, ensuring all lenses, accessories, manuals, and protective seals are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the exterior of the shipping carton, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the integrity of the equipment at our European service center, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
